About the award
The Prefab MEP Achievement Award – Internationalisation recognises outstanding companies that have successfully expanded Singapore’s Prefabricated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (Prefab MEP) expertise beyond local shores. This prestigious award celebrates firms that have demonstrated excellence in applying Singapore’s advanced Prefab MEP systems to overseas projects, driving innovation, quality, and productivity on a global scale. The award honours their dedication to internationalisation and their role in shaping the future of Prefab MEP beyond Singapore border. This award honours companies that have championed the use of prefabricated MEP solutions, even on projects where they weren't explicitly called for. These forward-thinking companies recognised the inherent benefits of prefabrication – improved efficiency, productivity, and quality – and took the initiative to implement them.
Submission requirements
Please adhere to the provided instructions to ensure your participation in the award. After submitting your information via email or the contact form, you will receive an email confirming your submission along with a link to upload your supporting documents. All project entries must meet the specified Entry Requirements, Content Requirements and Conditions of Entry. The Panelists will assess the entries for compliance, and their decisions will be final.

Eligibility: All Prefab MEP Specialists.
All project entry must be complete and includes all required supporting documents, along with Visual Materials and if possible, Testimonials and Endorsements.
Your company must have brought Prefab MEP module to oversea project(s)
- 1. Company introduction:
- A brief overview of your company and its involvement in Prefab MEP adoption.
2. Prefab MEP Internationalisation implementation
a. [Overseas Project] State the country(s) where the final project site is at.
b. [Project Description] Include a brief description of project(s) where your company successfully brought Prefab MEP modules to overseas, with the summary number of modules.
c. [Purchase Order (P/O)] For each project described, submit a copy of the corresponding Purchase Order (P/O) for the Prefab MEP module with the final project site.
d. [Delivery Order (D/O)] For each project described, submit a copy of the corresponding first Delivery Order (D/O) for the Prefab MEP module with the final project site.
3. Additional submissions:
- Prefab MEP project modules photos/videos of mentioned projects. (module picture must show that it is tied to the project)
- Testimonials or endorsements from clients, partners, or industry experts if any
- It is essential that all entries are submitted through the given link provided by 2359hr on 1 June 2025.
- Entry must be original and must not contain any advertisement or solicitation.
- Content submitted must not contain any material that may infringement on the intellectual property rights of any third party, including but not limited to, copyrights or trademarks owned by others.
The Panelists will assess the entries for compliance, and their decisions will be final.
The winners will be announced on the Prefab MEP Day 2025, 10 October.
